So far it has been working perfectly for 1.5 months. I will let you know if that changes.

It says it covers 4500 sq ft, but most units in this rating are twice the size (and twice as loud). I like this one because it is quiet and doesn’t use up space. I have had other Energy Star dehumidifiers before that used more electricity. It is currently in my garage in VA, keeping my classic at 45% humidity when it is over 85% outside.
